We want to start 2019 by saying a big “Thank You” for allowing Custom Church Apps to be part of your community. Our staff is humbly grateful for the 7,500 ministries and 5 million users who have entrusted Custom Church Apps to help them engage with today’s mobile culture.
Why is partnering with 7,500 churches such a milestone for us? Well back in the early 2000’s, a pastor in Oregon anticipated the need to help churches connect with the future mobile generation. Since then, mobile-device use has grown exponentially. Adults spend over 3 hours using apps on their mobile devices every day. The next time you visit any public place, take a moment to observe how many people are using their smartphones or mobile devices.
This pastor’s vision became a reality when Custom Church Apps was launched in 2012. The last few years of exponential growth have taught us a lot. The churches have spoken and we have listened.
As we step into 2019, we are very excited for what the future holds. We have expanded our staff to offer world-class customer support, as well as building industry-leading updates to our platform.
